Willing to learn new systems.

I have worked with a book value of R 40 to R 50 M per month. The accounts sections that I controlled are on a monthly basis were commercial; insurance; government and internal oversea accounts. I dealt with customers queries and collections telephonically or email and have completed many special reports for customers like Shoprite; Insurance accounts eg Discovery and Hollard and for international accounts Dun & Bradstreet. Have also assisted sales personal with any client query and requested for invoices and statements.

Excellent learning structure

Good company for start up professionals. However no room for personal growth nor any permanent employment opportunities. Hence am looking for a permanent employment opportunity. I have a good relationship with my co-workers and a peace keeper.

My strong expertise include over 10 years of experience in Finance, AP, AR and Procurement and have handled big accounts at +/-R30 million book value. In addition to a solid knowledge of accounts, I currently have this great opportunity at my current employer, in working as both senior Accounts Payable and Procurement officer at the same time which you don't find in most companies due to segregation of duties. I do both P2P. I have worked with different accounting systems and very good with Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP and excel. I have worked for international companies where I had to do forex payments. Given the opportunity will allow me to enhance my skills and excel to your company’s advantage.

Cons: Normal working hours unless I'm behind and need to catch up or deadlines due.

Excellent learning curve

It is the best company to work for as you learn how to communicate with different people from different cultures. You gain lot of experience by working in a beruau environment as you get to learn personally on how to handle your own personal credit related matters .

Collection of all outstanding amounts. Book value R40m.Handled commercial,insurance,govt accounts and internal oversea accounts.Handled queries via telephonic and email.At Blue Ribbon Bakery dealt with PNP and Shoprite accounts and qieries. Book value R20m.I am willing to learn and can work under pressure.

Willing to learn new systems.

I can work under pressure.I enjoy dealing with people internally and externally and doing things right the first time.I can easily learn any system that the company uses. I have worked with a book value of R 40 to R50m. I have worked with commercial;insurance;government and chain store accounts. I enjoy solving query accounts by reconciling and providing the necessary information to the client or sales person.
