Transrite Reviews

Learning curve

The time of hour to start at the early hours, until midnight. Travelling with a partner when driving long distances and communication is the key. Taking another load after driving a long distance when there is more loads and few drivers on schedule for the day. I learned to be able drive for long hours without sleep and sleeping when in need to relax my body and taking brakes after some time. And to always communicate with your company in everything you do. Challenging aspect is taking more loads in a day to get job done.

Pros: Promotion
Cons: Long hours at work

Great learning experience

Working as a Debriefing Supervisor at Transrite requires constant communication with both the stores and Drivers, a typical day would be a quite morning and a hectic day.all of that is due to the stores not being too busy during the morning,.Fortunately for us we work as a team, whether its 2, or 3 people per shift. Working for Transrite has taught me how to work faster under pressures.!!!

Pros: Good environment for learning
Cons: Long hours without lunch
