Poor working experience, great learning experience.

I am leaving because I was promised to be promoted 3 times and every time they got someone else. I am leaving because I don't see a future for myself at the company or a chance for me to grow

Pros: Great learning experience, learned to stay positive and open minded.
Cons: Long working hours, didn't get payed for overtime, had to work on every holiday.

Something new

I am a qualified rigger but got this job as a camera operator for a transport company. It is a new experience coming from a construction background. The job for me is not challenging but the co workers are very friendly and very helpful

Pros: Good opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours
