It is good to work here but I am worried about the lack promotional opportunity

Pros: Yes sometimes when working tirelessly and doing the best you can for the company it mid leads you to the Greener haverst
Cons: It happens when you find that your nock off time is already past and you still making deliveries and you will be late to nock off.

IS A BIG COMPANY

I STARTED TO WORK AT TRANSPHARM IN 2015, IS A GREAT COMPANY THE TREATMENT IS GOOD I AGREE.THE PROBLEM IS A SALARY THE COMPANY DOES NOT PAY US WELL AND WE ARE STILL UNDER AGENCIES, I WANT TO TRY TO WORK WITH A NEW COMPANY THAT WILL DEDUCT PROFICENT FUND BECAUSE AT TRANSPHARM THEY ONLY DEDUCT UIF.I HOPE YOU CAN BE THE ANSWEAR TO WHAT I NEED ,IAM WILLING TO WORK EVEN OVER TIMES,I REALLY NEED A JOB THAT WILL BE A CAREER IN MY LIFE.THEY DELIVER PHAMARCEUTICAL PRODUCT AND IS NOT A HEAVY JOB. THE TIME TO START SHIFT AND TO END SHIFT IS ACCURATE,THE CHALLENGING ASPECT IN THESE COMPANY IS SALARY IS NOT ENOUGH!!

Good at my job

Good at ma job and m willing to learn new things as I did learn a lot at my previous job, I'm willing to travel all over South Africa n work as hard as I can even overtime if company ask me to. I'll never let you and you team down I'm the guy for you. I enjoy team work because I know I'm good at that, what I leant from my previous job as a driver is patient

Learning curve

6 days per week, long hours but it is to manage. People are friendly and we all work hard. Culture at work is diverse which is nice. Managers are professional but I need growth opportunities in order to create a better future for my family.
