Extensive opportunities to diversify and develop

Transnet is a great organization to work for. There aste wide opportunities to diversify, learn and to understand the business Transnet wide. Typical day will include meetings, service deliveries, employees and leadership engagement. I have an excellent relationship with both even though it is impossible to give each what they want. I have learned to listen, I have learnt the art of relating, proviofeedback and I have enjoyed getting the best out of people, making them feel geared and most importantly accepting that we can’t get what we want but rather what we need. It was great to learn how to get labour to be on my side. The most challenging aspect of my job is dealing with inherent labour issues, however, it came with learnings.

Cons: Absent succession planning

Lekker place to be

It's the most successful and a potential of growth in Africa, but more system must be put in 8n with safety of property and empls, top management.
