Great exposure at different

You get exposure at national level with different projects and contractor's nationwide via construction site and logistics environment, ohte health and safety environments

People management

Excellent learning curve in terms of managing people and a unionized workforce. Alot of red tape in terms of executing work but gives one the opportunity to be creative in getting things done.

Pros: Excellent salary
Cons: Very big organisation, top heavy in terms of decision making
