Transnet (RME) Reviews

Training and development

It's nice working for Transnet but the division I am working for is project based and is difficult to be appointed permanent. I have learn a lot over the years on the construction sector as well as the admin industry. With all the training I have received I am well prepared for external opportunities . I have a good relation with co-worker and I believe working in a team make the job easier and you learn more. The most challenging aspect of the job is change management.

Pros: Keen to develop and grow in the business
Cons: Always available after normal working hours
