GAINING EXPIRIENCE IN MEAT DEBONING MACHINE OPERATION
A DAY WOULD GO AS THE FOLLOWING DAY WOULD. IT IS A FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE TO BE IN THE COLEAGUES AT WORK ARE UNDERSTANDING, AND WITH THE SUPERVISOR ITS MAGIC BECAUSE THEY NEVER BELIVED THAT SUCH PERSONALITY LIKE MINE WOULD EVER BE IN A WORK SITUATION WHEREBY OVERTIME IS NO PROBLEM.I BELIVE THAT MOST WORKERS GO TO WORK SO THAT THEY COVER THEIR EIGHT HOURS AND LEAVE, ITS SAD BECAUSE THERES NO DETERMINATION SOMETIMES IS NOT ABOUT MONEY.I'VE LEARNED A LOT OF THINGS HOW TO OPERATE A MACHINE NAMELY A1 AND A2 ALSO THE BENSAW MACHINE AND THE SCALER AND SOME COMPUTER SKILLS THOUGH IM ADVANCED LITTERATE TO THE WORKERS AND MY SUPERVISERS I LEARNED FROM THEM BECAUSE I KNOW THAT EDUCATION IS NOT ENDING ANYTIME. WHAT IS CHALLENGING HONESTLY IS LACK OF MACHINERY BESIDES THAT ITS ALL GOOD ATLEAST

GOOD Larning curve
I am a highly organised and motivated professional with extensive experience in end-to-end payroll currently employed with Transman PTY LTD, Victoria’s largest Labour Broker in SA. In my present role, I process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll as well as provident funds, reconciliations, timesheets, attendance register and administerial matters. Being an energetic person and quick learner, I thrive in busy and challenging environments. I work to tight deadlines and am renowned in my office for my accuracy and ability to resolve reconciliation discrepancies. I have made a number of recommendations to improve our existing system that have helped to make our processes smoother and more efficient. I have a Certificate in Payroll administration and am proficient in, Kronos, PRP solution, VIP and MIS, as well as Microsoft applications. I also currently completed my Diploma in payroll administration waiting for result.

During the peak season I came at work all my staging areas were filled with the stock because Warehouse was full. I had to pick small trucks that were available on site by that time. My Co-workers trust me me even things are tough if I encourage them they come right.They can believe me and I don't want to loose it. I learnt that when ever you come to the new place people always do not like you, and they trying to let you down. . Request them to help you adapt the atmosphere. I like to work with a happy team and I like the to finish my job in advance. The sales increases unexpectedly and you have to react according to the current situation.
Pros: It might be very long for that to happen because the position i am is only on sites and i live Warehouse atmosphere the senior positions are in offices
Cons: During the Peak season we work 12 hours for 2 months

Fast learner
working in a small branch you don't grow after being there over a year , you keep doing the same thing day in and day out which in return you loss your moral to do your best. one days begins with cleaning the office and updating CV's received on the previous day, finding out how many staff are on sites (headcount). and attending new order from client together with complying time sheets and accepting new CV's.

The company has fair working condition
the work conditions is not good because we are working inside the fridge .I have learned to work accurately with numbers since we working with target. my communication skills improved a lot due to high number of staffing

Excellent learning and development
Good day I have gained a thorough understanding in human resources. I have excellent communication skills and I enjoy working in an environment that is challenging and dynamic. In addition, I have experience in payroll administration, HR administration, and supplier payments. As well as crunching out reports. Iam a critical thinker with a can do attitude! I am analytical by nature, which has proven valuable, as Iam responsible for analyzing stats and reports. I aim to add value and gain knowledge on an ongoing basis with every position I am given an opportunity to fill. Excellent in every situation
I dont have much but what i could tell is, this company is the best i ever work for so far. This company made me to whom i am today; i know a lot of places where i never travelled to. It makes me feel special and they do check on everyone everytime on how are we coping nd so on.
