Am not employed since August 2013 and figures above are relevant until then; I have an NQF Level 7 Labour Law Diploma and have been working as an Employee Relations Manager for 8 years between 2005 and 2013. I also have 19 years experience as a Trade Union Official, 17 years of which were at the most senior level; Apart from normal duties as an ER Manager, I am also capable of developing and/or assisting in the development of HR Policies, Train and Communicate such Policies to Line Management and Worker Representatives, lead Change Management, EE & BBBEE Management, Project Management and a host of other areas, including overseeing staff on all HR related functions.; I trust the above is in order, thanking you and look forward to hearing from you. Good learning centre

Working daily was at times hectic but we as a team overcome slot of things as working in a team is great. I had good relationship with co-workers but kept it professional.What I've learn in the process of working for them is stand firm at all times always stay focus

Pros: Good company to work for in terms of growth and financially
Cons: Not very supportive where it concerns ur personal live whereby it might influence ur work.
