It a learning curve to know what i am worth and also to know that the company is not taking advantage of me.To also be aware of the opportunities out there that i can find so that at the end of the year i can be able to grow in my career and reach my targets in life, career wise.

Good to work here and the environment is excellent the problem is the salary

It is a good company to start at only if is the first time in the call centre experience level I am happy working here so far the problem is the salary I m strangling to provide for my needs

Pros: there's less opportunity to get promotion here reason being is that at the top is the family whose ranning the company and less that opportunity to grow in salary and experience in other field.
Cons: normal working hours

I am highly motivated candidate

I work daily on the pc and switchboard operations. I make calls and speak to clients daily Make use of Social media to seal up the deals with my clients . Make sales Send emails Fill in documentations I work on my own initiative I have to adapt to clients expectations Time management Make Appointments Having to convince the clients that we are genuine and not a scam it's quite challenging

Learnt a lot and enjoyed working at transafrica

The reason im leaving the company is that im a bread winner at home and transafrica is based on comission sometimes we dont get enough salary to feed our family

Pros: through the expirience i have with transafrica o have realised that i am a well spoken and good in working with clients .i have patient with people and always overcome the problem
Cons: long working hours

Excellent learning curve

Working at TransAfrica Life was an experience i'll never forget, i enjoyed working with my team mates, meeting deadline getting commission for the hard work done.
