Excellent learning curve

Working at my company can be very fun but that's if you enjoy talking with people(customers) and actually being helpful, I really enjoy seeing a satisfied customer as I usually get compliments from them cos of the information and samplings I give them regarding the Machines and the Capsules. I also find convincing customers quite easy into buying the product as I am target driven and ofcourse also taking the customers interest into consideration at all times. I've actually learnt a lot on how to handle objections and being patient with my customers. I get along very well with my co-workers and enjoy working with them as we share different ideas on how to go about reaching our targets and keeping our customers sastified with what we offer them. The most challenging aspect of the job is having to travel to the company's office in Johannesburg to go get stock every week and also having to carry that stock to the store which we will be working at.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion as experience is gathered
Cons: short working hours, no lunch

Excellent Team work

We work together as a team to push the brand or any product so it can be sold to consumers. I've had other working experiences like Admin work, Managing work, Sales in retail and being a waiter. all in all i can say I'm very good with customer service, I work very well with people as i'm a friendly, bubbly person. I'm also good and a fast learner in what ever i do, i dedicate my self as you can see my previous experiences that I've been in different industries. In all of them I've learnt to be patient, organised, reliable, punctual, and can be able to solve or avoid conflict.

Pros: Great opportunities for more experience
Cons: salary not enough to cover all my expenses

It’s important to be punctual, and always do my tasks on time

Checking in on time is very important, otherwise it’ll lead to a deduction in salary, building relationships with managers and staff help promoters to better their jobs as they then have help from store staff and managers As well as support.

Pros: Great at promoting and increasing overall sales for the product and company
Cons: The campaign can end at anytime

Great place to work at

Pay is very good Short working hours Great people Opportunity for growth You get to know new places as you frequently change location Sometimes you have to carry a lot of branding stuff which is not really cool unless you have a car

Excellent learning curve

I was part of Klipdrift promotions for the rugby world cup in the Vaal Triangle region. I had to drive to Johannesburg for stock(102km=204km total per trip). Pretoria's stock was couriered to a nearby place for them to fetch. When I arrived they were low on stock.

Pros: no opportunity
Cons: Long hours

Excellent learning curve

The most challenging aspects was convincing customers during covid to buy the devices I was selling but I managed. I enjoyed the relationships I built with my co workers and consultants the most, as well as speaking to new people everyday and teaching them about the products I was selling. A typical work day was hectic but manageable and I enjoyed it as well because it helpd me balance out alot of aspects I was struggling with.

Amazing promoter job

Tradeway Promotions is a fun, energetic company with many clients and therefore many campaigns. You work depending on your availability, and depending on whether or not you can speak for yourself you will be sometimes required to travel further away from home. Overall a great company

Pros: Many campaigns therefore always employed
