Stepping stone to improve myself within administrative sector

My working career was in the financial sector - 30 years. I have decided to go into a new direction - administrative. I have learnt a lot. It is important that I do my work daily and not leave for the next day as this effects my supervisor who is charge of the debtors and other staff. I have become more efficient within myself which relates to my work. The staff that I work with are fun and it also makes our job easier knowing that we have a trusting and open working relation. Being in the retail business doesn't mean normal working hours. I sometimes only get home late at night which I do not mind as I treat this business as my own.

Cons: Very small business no space for growth

Obtained good working experience

Small distribution company in Empangeni - Unilever/Tiger Brands. Working well with other staff is important to me. My working career has been in financial and this has given me the opportunity to obtain experience within the admin sector. I have learnt to be more accurate with figure work and make sure that my work is always up to date as I also effect the debtors book if my receipting is not done daily.

Cons: No advancement opportunity,
