Great workplace

On a daily basis we would remove stock from the shelves and clean up the shelves also clean the stock before we pack it back on the shelves. Sometimes we had to pack the stock properly in the warehouse to clear paths and keep it neat. I have learned a lot from my co-workers because they taught me a lot about reaching daily and to work as a team. Most challenging thing was to learn every item we sell in the store since it is a big store. But dealing with customers also made me learn good communication skills.

Cons: Long working hours, 6 days a week

Excellent company, we learn on how to deal with each customer in a professional manner.

I enjoys working with people as epically making sure that they are certisfied with my services both customers and my colleagues, the most challenging part of the job is dealing with an angry customer and what I have learned from there is that we always have to be punctual when working with different people and knowing how to engage with them

Good customer service

This was my first Job and job wasn't easy because it's not easy dealing with people. Need to understand different kinds of people and how to tolerate them. The relationship was good. I found brother and sisters in that store. The support we give each other was very pleasant. I have learned to be pertinent with people and to communicate with people. I have learned that when it comes to work I need to put my personal stuff aside and deal with work. I have Learned and enjoyed being a cashier. Since my dependent was "Girls" where you get Barbie dolls😄 and all those Girly toys. I enjoyed working in that department a lot. I even got a name "Barbie" because I'm tall, skinny and dark skinned girl. The most challenging thing was the working hours. And I suffered with transport. And another challenge is dealing with a angry customer.

Hard working and active person and responsibly for my work

Personally a hardworking person always take initiative control and self motivated.I like to learn new thing and things that will give me a challenge.always take care of my work and always stand up for my responsibility especially when it comes to things tht will help me to sustain in life.ive learn lot of things where im working and my work makes me a better and strong person.

Good company Bad management

It was a good company to work for and there was good growth opportunities but the Management was not always fair..I had great colleagues who worked under my supervision.the management team did not always treat team members as equals there were some favouritism amongst different races but overalls the excxecutives were excellent.

Good communication to each other

we taught to work as a team worker. we know that customers are always right and we must give them the best service ever so that they can bring their customers to our store. we are multitasking so that we know all the departments. im about to become a manager now bcz I know all the departments bcz of this multitasking thing. we all know now how to approach customers before greeting them now. I have learnt a lot from the company and I even have the certificate for customer service

None at this stage I didn’t work more years so I can really know more about the company...................they value your hard work when coming to merchandising and put things where necessarily
