Toyota Tsusho Reviews

Good skills development

Amazing culture (Safety & Quality), great benefits, good opportunity to learn and awesome people and management. Abroad training & skills development (Japan & Australia) Challenges: The company has grown quite rapidly over the past few months with 640 A (New Fortuner & Hilux ) project and internal processes are not structured enough to support that growth. A lot of projects are "red" (which means potentially losing money).

Pros: To start with, the most amazing part of this company is it does not let you feel like you are a employee. It feels like a family. Work is good and great seniors to guide. You feel you are in safe hands.
Cons: Project management toolkit and a delivery methodology NOT CLEARLY DEFINED
