Proud to work at TTAF but looking to grow my self to more senior positions
I work in the aftersales department at Toyota Tsusho Africa , as a HINO support consultant focusing on many aspects of the trucking industry, I am very assertive and for me the customer comes first and I try to reduce the downtime for customers who are at our dealers in Sub Saharan Africa I am a peoples person and try to help any one in any department with recommendations using my past experiences within the automotive industry. I share my knowledge with all and in turn learn from others . My moto in life is that I don't know everything and we learn new things as each day passes Most challenging part of my work is when we have a problem which a dealer cannot solve and I must try and simulate the problem and offer advice on what I am told and not I can see due the vehicle being in another country I enjoy my job as I can help people when they really need me as I am hands on and also I think out the box so that we can offer better solutions for the customers
Pros: Promotions are limited due to internal politics. Different rule sfor differnt poeple. We have a very diverse culture at TTAF but our porblems stems from the Inclusion aspects
Cons: Working time at TTAF is very felxible. I travell away to different destinations on weekends and sometimes arrive back to SA on late night flights but this is no problem for as I know i have achieved what is went out to do

Working at Toyota Tsusho Africa has been a wonderful experience
Working for my organization is an amazing thing that has ever happen to me, it's been a long exciting journey for me personally, I have learnt many things within a short period of time, the experience I gained can never be measured, it's amazing, the culture of my organization is good, environment is wonderful. I believe that if all the organization can operate like Toyota Tsusho many employees can be motivated, the management style is very good, the employees are encourage to strive for success, internal promotions and development are being promoted which is very good for the organisation
Pros: Great Exposure, good environment and culture.
Cons: the only thing which i think is worrying currently is the fact that i'm not permanent employee

Have had most memorable times with my employer.
I am a hands on person and enjoy setting good examples to my team members I am in charge of. I come to work early and leave after everyone is gone. I like maintaining a good work relations with staff but making everyone aware of roles to be played to achieve day targets.

Conducted many costing and quotations on large projects Project manager Tool & jig experience (designing and manufacture) I am extremely motivated to be the best and most resourceful in my industry

Excellent learning curve
fast-paced working environment, working a team of 8 people helps us to brainstorm and improve work processes. We have a good understanding of each skill sets and enjoy working with each other. i have learnt how to tackle different challenges and i enjoy working in a team of amazing talented people.

Lovely people with great energy. Alot of team work involved. Communication with various departments, handling of customer queries. Working with suppliers on a global perspective

Lots of Admin , data capturing; printing ;emails and calculations. Lovey environment to work at Big company lots of room for growth with the right qualifications.

Excellence company
I have learnt so many things such as communicating with other workers , team work , supporting a customer by working in a short notice overtime, knowledge improvement each day on my job and also working in a safe clean environment
