Gained alot of experience

It benefits and remuneration department ,helding employees benefits , medical aid ,pension funds ,disability ,housing, death claims and special projects etc ... it a department which has groomed my people skills and be more customer orientated . My colleagues are good people with they own weakness which has a generational gap of understanding the time we leave in ..they do not adapt easily to change . I have learnt to find the root cause of any situation we face as a department and ensure we knw how to handle or refrain it from happening again

Pros: Great place to be or get groomed at
Cons: Limited growth opportunities
