I Enjoy working with Automotive industry it is challenging, I work normal hours,we are clearly communicating with my co-workers, I have learnt a lot of skills,it challenging to do time studies

Pros: Exposure to real industry since we use cars daily

Excellent

It is a good company that helps young people to uplift them but there is no permanent opportunity you can work for 5 years under contract. But they pay good salary and take care of their employees but they used people and when things they are not going you must be ready for retrenchment.

Pros: Good company but they use people and dump them when thongs are not going well economically.
Cons: Normal working hours unless there is an emergency.

I'm exciting person to be around with, with so much respect for people and environment. I enjoy working in the environment where there's progression and innovation approach.

Pros: I believe in continues improvement and working in safety environment

Pros: I'm a positive person who also who thinks outside the box , who likes HR Challenges , partaking in HR Projects in different plants , and in different regions .

Good company

Good company however poor management. Large amount of resources availible. Management are very inexperienced towards automotive technics, which leads to poor decisions being made. Executive management however are very clued up and very good.

Perfect place to develop your skills and knowledge

Worst days is when the absenteeism is higher due to working on moving conveyor so every workstation should have someone by the line start time. Very good working relationship, respect for all is one of our company values. I learned that job security depends mostly on customer satisfaction therefore quality is the key. What I enjoy the most is see my customer happy be it the internal or external customer. Most challenging aspect of this job is that sometimes you and your team would do your best ensure good quality but only to be sabotaged by a supplier who supplied you defected material and the team would gets discouraged and you have to motivate the team over and over again

Valuable experience for future jobs, helps with working under pressure.

Its a great environment, with very nice people who are always willing to assist whenever need be. Being that the company is very big, the work is very complex which helps in my career development. There are however many deadlines throughout the month and plenty meetings to attend as a result, but the people we work with help ease the pressure.

There's good working environment.

The company is good and well to develop yourself. Conditions of work are good,but there is a stage where on an artisan side, you are not learning anything.

Excellent growth

I enjoy working for my company as there is good teamwork and support between the team members and engineers. I entered as a trainee but now I have gained a lot of experience in project management, People management and Industrial Engineering itself.
