Learned alot about soft skills

I am doing my last part of In-Service training this year and from what I have learnt is very profound and interesting because I got the chance to interact with different people and be able to improve my communication skills. My day work was designing step element sheet for team members, doing Kaizens(Continous improvement) in the working environment. I enjoyed team working. The difficulty about the job I was doing was the implementation of the process change and layout. I was also working with Maintenance in regular times.

Pros: Too many benefit/Incentives
Cons: takes too long to get any recognition if you working really hard

Gained a lot in acquiring my sofy skills

Toyota taught me alot about safety and how to work with people the Toyota Way

I was a trainee at Toyota. I was trained to become a production engineer and maintenance technician. As a production engineer trainee I was more exposed to the shop floor(team member's working area) where I was interacting with different individuals from different backgroung and attitude towards the job they were given. I got to understand and accept people the way they think and how to change their mindset toward a productive working environment to protect the company from losing it quality due to ignorant members. It was a wonderful experience.

Pros: Has a lots of financial benefits
Cons: Sometimes things are not done on time
