I have so many thing for mechanical engineering and I have experience . Morning meeting everyone to remind everyone safety how important is house keeping after work. I learnt how to work with a team they teach me lot of thing. I really enjoyed when they is a job to do I feel so good. I enjoyed to teach and help someone else about job. The most challenging is that everydays you learn something new so you need to also ready and good .

Cons: If they is a breakdown you can't go before you fix it you neef to finish first before you go

Good team working

It's always a hectic day because almost every time we work overtime as we always instructed to do so. What I love most People I work with we more like brother and sisters, we always work as a team we connect each an every time till the end of the day. I have learnt so many things like time keeping, communication,housekeeping, quality and most respect one other from management to team members on the same level. The challenging part is where you do improper work something like to produce poor quality, it's where you fight with management. So all the time you work like you the owner of the company you take care of everything that is around you.

Pros: Great opportunity for permanent position and promotion
Cons: Working under pressure as well as overtime

Being productive at work is important. Working well in a team also is advantageous. Working in a positive atmosphere. Most challenging aspects will be meeting targets and deadlines.

I love working at toyota it helped me ti grow as a individual

I love  Communicating effectively interpersonally and within groups.  Computer Skills like Ms Word, Ms Excel, Internet, Ms Power Point, Ms Access, Ms Office and Ms Outlook  Analyzing complex numerical and verbal information.  Knowledge of client service  Problem solving.  Planning, organizing and time management skills.  Highly motivated individual.  Accountability and determined.  Working enthusiastically and productively under pressure.  Ability to interpret drawings.  Ability to deal professionally with wide range of people.  Working in a variety of team and on my own initiative.  I am deadline driven and committed to service excellence.

I believe in every new job there`s always a skill or two to learn and always improve.

I work at a rather small place but it's very family orientated and even though we have our bad days ,we're still able to come together as a team. Working with various people can be challenging because everyone as their own opinions but we make it work.Sometimes it's quiet at work but in those times you get to catch up on some other work and always offer a helping and in case someone needs assistance with something.You learn to be patient and listen to 's other people.What I find most challenging as I've explained previously is that there's always a difference of opinion and some people can be very difficult but it's up to you how you handle the situation.

Pros: To help other people and for being recognised as a hard worker which could lead to bigger things
Cons: It's extremely quiet sometimes and having a very intimidating boss
