Excellent learning curve

My duties for my job are: Assembly machine operator , 5S,Despatching, Inspection Parts, Shipping operator,Receiving components,counting stock take. My relationship with my colleagues 100% I learnt so many thing like how to work with kanban system, fifo, how to do final inspection in finished good before goes to the customer and also I learnt about Iso 9001 quality is the first thing that I make sure that I follow the work standard What I enjoy the most about my job is to learn the new way to make it easier for me and achieve the target each and every hour. The challenges about my job is where I don't get the components in time that affect my hourlytarget and poor communication

Grown tremendously

Very challenging environment,however knowledge of improvement grows everyday. We are a toyota group company hence we practice tps daily. I have an awesome relationship starting from operator level to Management. I work well and we support each other as required. The challenging part of my job is the fact that I am responsible for both quality and production hence I wear 2 caps however I never compromise on quality.

Pros: Knowledge grows daily
Cons: Long working hours and no balance
