Learning curve and experience enquired

I would like to work a 8am to 5pm job, and would really appreciate to have a team that is goal orientated and willing to go an extra mile. In my years at my current company I have learnt so many things I never knew before, such as warehouse dispatching and clerk duties. What I enjoy the most is the experience I enquire on a daily bases on how to keep things at work more proficient and being am employee other can rely upon. What's the challenging factor about my current job is that one can't balance work and social life, hence we always at work. The fact that they don't give one an opportunity to grow education wise, they just deprive their employees of that dream.

Pros: Learning different departments
Cons: Not getting enough rest days hence its only one day off a month

Loyalty and honor

Love mornings to.trying new things to.keep staff focused Like to challenge them with improving their lives to do the here things better I love to see kids leave our store with a smile and telling their parents to come back again.
