I like working hard and effectively as I enjoy the satisfaction of solving realworld problems. To accomplish this, I strive to be competent, resourceful and professional in whatever I am assigned to work on. I am eager to be challenged and tested in order to grow and improve my IT and people skills. My goal in this field is to gain technical knowledge and use my IT skills to benefit business productivity and success, as well as the end-user’s effectiveness.

Opportunities to learn

Everyone was a family. As a student and volunteer many opportunities came up. However, I had to further my studies in the IT field While I was a student my IT skills were recognized, and I was used extensively as an IT Support Technician. The following were my responsibilities  Desktop end-user assistance and training  PC technician (Excellent troubleshooting). I Assisted in installing, setting up and maintenance of  50 PCs, 12 Laptops, 7 printers  On a network of 6 servers and 10 routers  For a Total of 69 users.
