I am a team player I enjoy my work I enjoy working with different individuals and charactors because they help me to grow and be able to understand that as people we are not the same.i also like that when i started working for this company it was a complete defferent environment all together but i fitted so well and now i am at home i just only need change again to work in a different environment and with different duties. We work so well with my colleagues. I have learned to work with different accounts for different departments and know exatelt which account is for which department. I have also learned not to be confused. The challange i have found is that as afront person in the company i had to be able to take punches from the customers from the damage tha t was done by other colleagues of mine but have handled the verry well. i also loved the ceo lunch that we normally have like in every after three months where we were are given an opportunity to ask our md questions

My name is Nomalanga currently working as a Creditors clerk at Tourvest Travel Services for Five years now. I have been processong COD's, weekly and monthly payments. I am goal-driven person, dedicated and a team player always will to learn and go extra-mile on helpinh others.

Profound

Tourvest is a profund company given the diversity of the employees race wise, it gives one a prospect to learn other races and interaction as well. i get along with almost everyone in my department and I respect my colleagues regardless of age nor race. Mondays,Wednesday and Fridays are the worst days when it comes to payments. those are the typical days of being a pre-paynment comtroller. I have learnt to be persistent, hardworking, determination and sincere. I enjoy what I do, not better than Graphic design but i found the love and passion for finance. The most challenging part of the most is the 3 days mentioned above, within those days, one needs to be clear minded for omitting mistakes and slacking time wise.

Interesting company

Well I find it lovely to have worked for a travel.comoany there is a lot of interesting opportunities and u also learn more of the Travel and tourism industry, our team is all game players and we work together to the best interest of the company.

Great learning curve

First thing i do we send out a mail merge to our customers requesting invoices, once recieved we make payment using eft or credit card details then send Proof of payment to the suppliers on the same day. We work as a team helping each other with my coworkers, if there're any disagreements with them we solve them so that we can proceed with our daily work, when needed we can be able to work individually The most challenging about my job is to request invoices from the supplier. They expect to get payment but they don't send invoices some invoices we have to reject because they might not have our billing information or wrong tax charged.

Tourvest Travel services it is a good company to work for. They grwo people internally by sending them for courses go. Furthere, they pay a very goos salary, they lso incentify their staff. We do site inspection to experience the product we selling.od company to work for

Excellent learning curve

The typical company I am working for is 1.co-ordinate environment 2.Synergy environment 3.people are enthusiastic 4.culture diversity I have a good relationship my co-workers,I have learnt a lot in working under pressure,and learning how to meet deadlines. I enjoyed working here because we are a mixture of different people where we learned a lot about other cultures. The most challenging aspect in my job is when i get incomplete documents from other departments and it delays me in processing the payments meaning to pay the supplier and the person need to check in.

Operating a board from joburg kzn and cape town that is a great experience for me

Tourvest travel services is a food company to work for. It has given me a great opportunity and the environment there is awesome and the people there are great and fun to work with. I meet new people every day my communication skill are growing everyday. The most challenging part with my work is that I am not suppose to make a mistake and that I take punches from the clients for the sins I have not commuted almost everyday but that has built my charactor.

Pros: about promotion im not so sure about it because even when ia peson aoply do other positions they always decline
Cons: working hours are 8am - 5pm
