I have learnt that working hard pays

what a day the day I was hired to this company I was so excited and I did promise myself to work hard not to disappoint my family, I did work for few years without promotions and that didn't break my heart I told myself that my space for the promotion is not yet ready, in few years after that I got 3 promotions in a year, My relationship with co-workers is so great we work as a team and if there is some differences we make sure that is solved before we knock off duty to maintain our work relationship, And I have learnt that you have to do good to other so that they can give that back especially the respect it must start with me so then they will respect me too, I enjoy doing my job with all my heart when it comes on doing my job I am so passionate and dedicated, The challenging aspects of the job is when I have to show people what to do as their job because each and everyone knows his/her job disciption.

Pros: I had a great opportunity and I grabed it , in a year i had 3 promotions
Cons: Long working hours

Given a chance to grow within the company

Working for Tourvest has been so amazing opportunity Gaven. Meeting different people everyday and the responsibility to to give my best service as we are based at the Airport I'm not only representing my Company but also my country. Working as a team and making sure we deliver our beat customer service expected from us, being able to handle queries that may arises. And most of it all closing that big sale both customer and me being happy.

Pros: Learning new things everyday
Cons: Dealing with difficult customers
