Good

I had the best experience working with people and getting educated about sales I’ve learnt so many things I’ve learnt a lot about customers. And I enjoyed working with people and also being a team leader I had a wonderful work relationship with my colleagues

Great business for growth

I started out as a junior manager and then was promoted each year up until 2013 when I became a senior store manager. I left in 2017 due to health reasons but was welcomed back in 2018 after some time off. I was very quickly encouraged to apply for the vacant area manager position but I did not have my drivers license and was unsuccessful. I have since learned to drive and in the process of getting my drivers license.

Hard working and learning to grow

Always having new technology and product to learn, meeting different people in the workplace environment. Specialising in indoor and outdoor products for sports always assisting customers and my colleagues obout the specific product to use on that sports activity.

Doing managers duties

iam dedicated to my job and iam honest and iam doing so many jobs inside da company as like being the manager,cleaner and a security and that is very challenging but the staff iam working with are very energetic and they working very hard to achieve or make store's turnover and i also treat the staff well and motivate them to do better and work with them because i believe in that if u are the manager you must lead by example

Excellent company

I am in the Carletonville region. Totalsport is energy in a different way. You live, eat, think and breath a good feeling in the company. Totalsports is focusing on all human and not just the sport people. Everybody love a good feel feeling. I will say Totalsports is giving this to the staff and most of all to the people out there that lives for a dream come true. A typical work day is to make everybody happy in giving the customer what thy need. We did do promotions and marketing everyday to make our targets given by the company. The relationship in the store was great. Everybody took part in all events. Head office and the aria Manager was working very close white there allocated stores. What I great at home feeling. I enjoy motivating staff and reaching the set targets given to the store. I also like the visual part of the marketing. It is great to always have something new in the company. The most challenging aspects is making all people shop at Totalsport and not just the sport people.

Good environment for growing

Theres a lot of pressure when it comes to meeting sales targets and opening accounts but overall that's something a person needs. People there are friendly so it becomes a good working environment.
