I easily adapt. quick learner

I work from Monday to Friday as a 40 hour employee , most boring days are Mondays since its the 1st day of the week. I work in a small store with just a couple of my Coleges , we have a good relationship which I believe is caused by the level of trust we have amongst each other. What have inleant? Nothing is important as to believe in the products that you sell, I mean if u believe in the product that will make you sell it confidently and without a doubt. i love engaging with customers, making people buy products even if they were not intending to do so. The most challenging aspect about my job is Opening new accounts , because you will find out that most people already have accounts and some are blacklisted but all is achieved through team work

At totalsports i have learned so much.

i enjoy working with people but sumtimes we get difficult customers but we have learned that if the customer is angry you must stay calm nd try to talk to the customer untill the customer calms down so that the customer can le ave the store happy.the team im working with is very supportive and even though i shout at them they never take it personal we move on working as ateam again.

Pros: making customers happy.
Cons: having the difficult customer.

Stepping stone in what I wanted to do

It has been a great experience but it is time for me to move on so that I can grow on the field that I studied. It has been a grwatvplace to work and learn my inner strength. I have also learned that sometimes you need to take responsibility even for things that you don't even do.

Pros: Great oppertunity to meet great people
Cons: Working over weekends
