7.00am Monday to Friday till 4.00pm. I always have a great relationship with everyone across the board. Working with diversity cultures it opens your eyes into the lives of others. Getting the job done is what gets me motivated. As I was involved in Sales and Operations getting in new business and winning the sale is like reaching the peak of a mountain. To keep a 100% safety record. Ensuring that everyone comply with safety.

Pros: Working at this company allowed you to apply for jobs acroos the globe. Financially the company paid staff very well as finace do keep people happy in their jobs. Meeting new people daily is good in the sense of getting more contacts out in the business world.
Cons: Me being a black person thought that the BEE appointments was to a disadvantage for the company. Although staff had the qualification they couldnt do the job and this was a great chalenge for managers like myself to overcome.

Excellent learning curve

My typical day would consist of event documentation and investigation review as well the management of non - conformance raised by the various departments that require approval. Month end runs from the 24th and the most of that week is spend on figures and company statistics. Part my of my daily routine includes contractor management and file approval, emails, filling and review of policies and procedures. I have a very close relationship with my peers and depots and enjoy the interaction with them. Upon starting with the company one of my biggest and most difficult challenge was to be 100% office based. This learnt me more patience and discipline that i am grateful for.

Cons: Limited staff and resources in the department

Building relationships & enhancing customer experience

exceptional repor with co-workers Days are focused on getting a high out put whilst still delivering quality work. I've improved on my communication whilst also learning about how to be more effective. I'm most satisfied when I bring about pleasing results for customers. Producing the best quality work in the shortest period of time.

It's a good company to work for, I enjoyed that every day was a different experience than the day before. New experience and learning new systems

When I started at Totalgaz i got opportunities to go on courses to improve my skill set and have learned a few new systems like SAP and WEB FLEET for example. I also get opportunities to apply for other positions within the company

Pros: Lots of opportunities to do short courses
Cons: No real opportunities for promotion

A day at work

starting of early and the planning of the vehicles need to be done i work very well with my co workers as they say you learn every day the challengers that come with my position
