Hard work and determination

Inspired by many good managers to always prompt myself to working hard and show full dedication and determination, also to be punctually and display good faith.A typically day at the store for me is to show love and respect to all colleagues and and it shall be shown unto you,dealing with difficult customers but still been able to smile and laugh again.Ensuring that your customers are satisfied and will return to give more business.Always love what job and you shall be happy and prosperity will endure,enjoy meeting new people and learn something new each day and been able to teach others as well not holding back from helping other grow .

Did the e learning programme

My typical work day was starting at a 8am do the opening have a meeting with my staff . Share new ideas in how to im prove get there opinions. Shop opening at 9 doing administration work from 9 till 10 go to the floor do my mark downs from 10 till 11 helping customers in between and assist the cashiers from 11 till 12 unpacking stock and merchandise taking lunch from 12 till 1 come back then I would stane in for who ever that needs to go on lunch till 3 from 3 I start cleaning up my department and start cashing up one cashier till 5 and 5.30 cash up the last cashier doing end of day reports then closing the star check that everything is clean set alarm and lock up. Sometimes I don't even have time to take lunch.

Pros: I learn a lot where the administration in concern and I also learn that u get a lot of back stabers and that u cant really work your way up
Cons: timing was a bit of a problem because working in retailing u hardly have time for your family

Excellent learning I am a hardworking

I am a hardworking I do everything in the store helping customers I also have experience as a specialist my relationship with the staff is very good we working as a team work I learnt so much receiving stock doing admin, and also shift runner I enjoy helping customers and making lot of sales

Good learning

The company has good people that make me understand the job so easy. I have learn that i have to focus on what best for me on my job.i have enjoy the unite of my co -workers because it had make me not to be afraid on work,the challenge was the deadline because the job we do was take time to finish.

Very little professional growth

I appreciate the company as it has kept me afloat, but I feel I am still young and need to grow my skills further anf perhaps move up the corporate world and this company does not offer much of that

A good environment to learn about sales and customer services

Its a good place where you learn new things every day.meet new customers daily sharing knowledge with fellow colleagues, team building environment. The hours are very long but normally with the long hours it really helps us to meet our monthly Targets,

The place is just great

The place I worked at was super great and it bad a nice view where customers would get in and buy stuff. The manager had a he days of being good with the stuff and also terrible times. I'm writing this with many errors because I can't see what I'm typing lol

Good at convincing customers

Our goal is to reach q daily target given to us daily,have good relationship with my co-workers,I enjoy doing admin most at work and I'm also good at convincing customers and the most challenging part at work is when a customer swear at you for nothing

I enjoying most of it working with my colleagues which turned out to be my mini family, working as a team always and brainstorming daily events...and having to deal with different people every day to know that you have to understand each and every one of them.,i always learn a lot in working with people not knowing what to expect each and everyday but learn that I have to remain tact and polite in every situation making the customers feel welcome and assure them that they should come back shop with us as they are more welcome... Make them aware of each and every sale we have in store as well as our daily promotions. And the most challenging thing is working more expected ours and do not get authorised in some of them...

Pros: We get 50%off in promos
Cons: 148 instead of 108

Flexable learning

Am good to communicate with customers and am easy to learn things daily and I treat people equal and I respect customers always I understand customers rights am a Hamble person
