Working wirh customer it demands your attention communicate skill it's needed because each an every time you speak to the customer you must be friendly, and have a smile while you deliver a service to your customers i have learned that team work it is powerful in your work place, what i in joy mlst isbto be committed to my job and the most challenging thing it's it's to be rudeness.

Excellent learning

Waking up early in the morning rushing to the early bird taxi to arrive means my daily shift has started waiting and waving hands to the early customers keeping my smil ,tolerance and respect up keep the customers happy for 45hours in a week

An experience to remember

uring working hours you have to be sharp and vigilant, because if you don't mistake that involves money from you, the customer or the companyDuring working hours especially in the morning,miday and during sunset we have to be sharp and vigilant because mistakes happening at that time can be costly and can name of the company. It's a job that keep you on toes all the time, working as a team with my colleagues makes it less difficult to get the job done with those long hours. It has taught me to work well under pressure...

I have gained maximum benefit at every place I've worked Challenges faced was my employer pushed me and pushed me and eventually I used to run the company myself whilst he just sat on his phone .

Opportunity to use my experience and add value

I am currently consulting doing Audit work for the Gauteng department of Education. I have been doing auditing for the past three years and currently it has been my focus. The challenge is that the Government decides when to allocate schools to audit meaning that your pay cheque is not guaranteed from one month to the other. This is the reason I want consistent salary form month to month.

Pros: Amazing learning opportunity. This role has given me an opportunity to learn more about our public school system and also learned a lot more auditing process.
Cons: You get to travel a lot and most schools do not understand what an audit means and it implications.

It is a good exposure. I am working with managers at all levels

The work is very challenging a the begging. Time management is crucial as work requires speed, thorough analysis and accuracy. It is easy to make mistakes but how quick you can detect and solve them counts the most. I constantly had interaction with top managers and creativity is required.

Cons: Fast pace is required
