Meeting different people everyday, new experiences. You have to constantly upskill and keep up to date with industry to be an effective trainer. We spend most of our day on our feet and it can be very tiring, especially if you have a difficult group.

Hardworking with a willingness to learn new skills.

We are a small company that was bought out by a larger company, and they are currently going through a resizing exercise. We offer computer training to both individuals and corporate clients, and have been in business for the past 25 years. I was happy with the company.

Growth and development

Torque-it we are split into areas of speciality and i am in the Microsoft infrastructure where i specialize in office 365 , Microsoft exchange and share point. Relationship with co-workers is excellent because we work as a team

Pros: specializaton because it allows to know more about a specific product
Cons: short lunch
