For the new company to work for. I always enjoy to be a learner for the best. .

I like to work under pressure as my daily task to work with a lot of clients helping also my company to achieve the best in the service that we render to our clients. Day to day activities with stabborn employees to be disciplined and a lot to at the end it's business as usually. A leader is not determined by his size but on What is good to for the benefit of the company.

Pros: For a start to work for this company it's a big benefits. Its comes as a big promotion to me to upskilled. I used to say for the best employer to respect is the ok me who always promote people to be the future leaders
Cons: To work long hours doesn't give company a big profit. The more long hours you work the more company paying for long hours overtime
