Basically transportation of school kids.Operating specials across the continent whenever required by demand.In the process of acquiring a passport presently.A natural team builder acting as a buffer between supervision & drivers.I adapt comfortably to any given situation as work demands & always willing to resolve personal as well as professional issues with co-workers.Discussions on solutions to crisis situations during work are my strong points due to extensive supervisory expertise through my time in the profession.

Pros: Never left a job in the same job I started with,so constant self improvement is natural to me
Cons: Been through almost all challenges in the field so I'm rather versatile

Dull,unrewarding & monotonous.

We move out to different destinations to pick up school children from impoverished communities around the area.We drop them off at the school,two loads per shift.We then break off,sometimes operating specials during our break period. We then return the children to their homes in the afternoon,after which we're done for the day.Sometimes we have finish off the specials operated for the day. Weekends flactuate from quiet to hectic according to demand where we operate specials as per work demand.

Pros: None at all in this particular company.
Cons: Too many to mention.
