Excellent learning skills

starting hours are from 7 to 5 for me. head over to the office and start following on the previous days work. phones will start to ring and quotes following in via email. its an early morning start to the day and co workers start to walk in 1 by 1. in these past years i have learnt how to deal with customers rather on an everyday basis. customers who are looking for different categorised tools and accessories. co-workers are rather to them selves busy with everyday quotes and invoices. no time to really chat to others about how the day is going. the most i enjoy about this business is interacting with customers and finding out their needs and wants. what the use of the particular tool is for and how it works. knowledge is power and i have learnt that in this company. selling would be the most challenging because it consists of persuading the customer on buying, and there is more competition out there now.

I ENJOYED WORKING WITH CUSTOMER FACE TO FACE THAN TELEPHONICALY, DOING QUOTATIONS , PHONING CUSTOMERS, GOOD COMMUNICATION MAKES YOUR JOB MORE EASIER AND FUN. LYING TO YOUR CLIENT MAKES YOUR JOB MORE DIFFICULT THAN IT IS. DOING FOLLOW UPS AND UPDATING CUSTOMERS ALWAYS MAKES ME TO WORK OUT OF PRESSURE. WORKING AS A TEAM IS A GOOD TOOLS TO MAKE YOUR JOB MORE EASIER INVOICING ORDERING GOODS FROM DIFFERENT SUPPLIERS. GOOD RELATIONSHIPS WITH MY SUPPLIER AND CUSTOMER ADVISE CUSTOMERS FROM WHAT THEY ARE BUYING AND INCREASE KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCT TO THE CUSTOMERS.

Pros: i have been promoted in three department but not financial only more responsibility that the reason why i want to move. it was just promotion without increment.

Excellent experience in Finanance

I like the challenges I had in this company, as I started working as a cleaner whereby other workers they underestimate you, I got promoted as a debtor's assistance whereby I was facing a challenge of dealing with customer queries and I was promoted to another challenging position as a creditors clerk whereby u have to be wise enough making sure that whatever is paid is what we r owing you have to be 100% sure. When it comes to paying I make sure I'm having a friendly chat with the sales person when double checking invoices for payment.
