Pros: No promotion needed at my age, however, have the ability to train, guide and mentor a team with correct procedures of DEBTORS Management
Cons: Being to open and honest (not sure if this is a con) :)

SAP Support

Great experience

GREAT LEARNING EXPERIENCE IN THE EARLY DAYS , YES USED AND ABUSED DUE TO WILLINGNESS TO LEARN AND WORK. HOWEVER AFTER RESIGNING A NUMBER OF TIMES EACH TIME THIS LEAD TO PROMOTION. NOW BEING THE PRESENTLY DISADVANTAGED WAS TIRED OF THE ENDLESS CHALLENGES TO GET THINGS DONE AND REGARDLESS OF HOURS SPENT SUPPORTING THE COMPANY THAT BECAME MY LIFE THIS JUST CONTINUED TO BE ABUSED.

Good learning platform

Tongaat Hulett is an excellent learning platform for those who are willing and dedicated to learn. As an in-service trainee, the company understands that there should be the trainers to train the trainees. the is a good relationship, interaction and liaising between the trainer and trainee. As an employee, there is a good relationship between the employer and employees. Commitment, time management, communication skills and respecting other people's perspectives; are the things that I've learned. Tongaat Hulett allows trainees to explore the company by visiting all their factories for learning purposes, that's what I enjoyed the most because I like learning.

Great learning curve

Great and hardworking employees, ready to execute daily activities. And have leant alot especially on conveyers, different types of conveyors, and I am the hows doing Gearbox and drive inspection and repairs ,and my knowledge and skills have grown so much,thus I enjoy what I do ,they even call me a Gearbox specialist, since m the the only one who does Gearbox overhauling in the workshop. All the task we get are always challenging which makes us to always keep our heads up and prepared to get our job done.

learned to operate instruments such as NIRS, UV-VIS and also laboratory software LIMS, COA and SAP

The work environment is very busy and deadlines need to be meet. Since I was only the laboratory analyst trainee I wasn't involved in much things that that involves the company except my daily routine
