Excellent learning curve

A great day would be busy one. Handling switchboard and helping a tenant counting his rent and the trustees needs urgent attention at the same time is presurising yet challenging...loved those days.....co workers was amazing we had a great relationship. I have learned a lot being able to have a very busy day get coping and taking the challenges one at a time dealing with them and getting them done....learned alot of human resources handled that part as well and debt collecting....handing people over to attorneys was also a great challenge....

Pros: Great knowledge for future jobs
Cons: Couldn't work my way up

Excellent Learning Curve

Good relationship with co workers, Enjoy my job, most challenging aspects is the wages, labour relations, I have learned a lot from this company. Being a receptionist admin office administrator HR wage clerk, manager over the cleaners, ordering stock e.g building materials, cleaning products, maintaining the petrol/diesel sheet, orders for stock, doing 3 companies wages, leave sick leave and family responsibility while answering the switchboard and attending to tenants paying rent. Fridays doing the banking, sectorial determinations yearly for all 3 the companies. It is a challenge and I like being busy.

Pros: Great for future jobs
Cons: No place for growth
