Good people in the company, however they are typical engineers. No HR department or formal policies and procedures. Communication and leadership not great. Flexitime ideal for people who regard their family time important.

Great company to learn about different cultures

Overall the company is good. Good established culture and a long history and good expertise in Civil Engineering and transportation. The company is largely based on family values and understanding. Work hours are fixed and reasonable. There are tolerant people as well.

Pros: Family values are intrenched in the company
Cons: Small Indutrial Engineering scope
