Good

this a medium company with 150 employees, the company is doing well, we have good customer service. the company have good working relationship with their stuff members across South Africa. the company is distributing and collecting. we have pickers, packers, stock controllers, inventory.

Pros: the company is not doing well on this event, the are no good promotion in terms of the employment equity, only What people have advantage and they are less majority in the country so. All higher position in the Warehouse are given what males. what the company is best on is to give all black employees the opportunity to train forklift and Reach Trucks.
Cons: I Wisani Naison Mavasa I apply for this position because I have experience you needed, I have worked on it before. I have eight years’ experience in LOGISTICS COMPANIES, I have done the following jobs Picker, Team Leader, Packer, Stock Controller, Dispatch Loader, Power Pallet Operator, Turret Truck Operator, Forklift, Receiving Clerk, POD’s Clerk and Returns Clerk. I have certificate of Occupational Health and Safety that I studied with NOSA and I have Computing Certificate that I studied with Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology. I am currently working as Receiving and Returns clerk, I am a team leader in Inbound. I am always willing to learn and work towards too rich target. I pay attention to details to all what im doing. I always take advice from everyone who are in line of my duties, I am a team player. I am a hard worker who able to work under pressure. I have worked different system SAP, INFOR and ORACLE.

Great Company to work at

I am working at Toll Global Forwarding as a Warehouse Supervisor, And the knowledge and skills i have picked up by working here can really bring me a long way in any company and at work. I have learned a lot about safety and communication skills with the clients and also how to manage costs. I work with a team of 45+ staff members under me and they are all happy to have me as a supervisor and are pleased with my work ethic, I take pride in what i do and always do my best to keep the warehouse up to standard.

Pros: Great promotion structures and learning abilities
Cons: working some weekends without overtime pay

Good experience and nice for my cv

Everything is very well planned and the inviroment is good to work in I was checking if it is the product the customer ordered and I make sure of the quantity and quality of the product and at the same time I have to verify the sizes also
