This is a great company to work for and i enjoyed my time here tremendously. It is a working environment that challenges you every day to think outside the box and excel a bit more in everything you do. It's a high pace industry and very unpredictable. We have been an amazing team that looked out for each other and worked well together to meat every goal.

Pros: Something new to learn every single day
Cons: Saldanha Steel is closing, therefore our contract is ending

I've learned so many things in the past 3 years in the Diesel industry

I'm willing to learn continuously to enhance my skills and growth and I believe in team work. No one can build a company alone without any help from other people.

Pros: It was great opportunity to work with experienced artisans in the TMS INTERNATIONAL
Cons: Was working 7 to 15:00

Working with other qualified workers gives more knowledge.

Everyday is a learning curve. Working with different mechanics on different numbers of equipment gives one enough knowledge to face everyday challenges. In most cases while under pressure we sometimes work very hard including overtime to complete tasks as expected in a limited time. I've in most cases like challenging situations regardless of pressure so that I can simply solve those problems in a short space of time the next time I work on the same problem.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Working long hours
