MY CURRENT EMPLOYMENT VIEW

Working with my co-workers is the most exciting part because we are able to work in team and they are all friendly and able to assist each other when one is struggling. Over the past 2 years I have learnt a lot I the legal field including to be able to socialise with fellow co-workers as well as to deal with work related challenges. I mostly enjoy having workshop with fellow co-workers where we teach each other work related duties as per the departments of the company, which helps to understand all that is happening within the company even when their not your duties. The most challenging part of my job is to teach people same thing for over months and they show no progress with the help that I gave to them, however patience is what motivates me most never to give up on fellow employees when they are struggling.

Pros: There's great opportunities for promotion with TM Chauke Attorneys
Cons: The working hours are very normal unless i decide to extend my hours to finish my job

Gaining lot of experience

working at TM Chauke attorneys is the most thing I'm currently enjoying, I never dodged a day I always come to work very early because I respect my employment, the only challenge is salaries, I'm staying because I want to gain a lot of experience, earning R3500 and spending R800 for transport and other expenses its so challenging.

Pros: Better oppotunity
Cons: working two sutardays in a month
