Great Exposure To Schengen Visas and Immigration

Working for TLScontact allows you to have a 4* working/life balance. The working environment is fairly good. What I enjoy most about working for TLScontact is that you get to learn so much more about visas and immigration than meets the eye. I have now a broader view of the Schengen (European Countries) and know so much more about it. I now also have more knowledge with regards to visas and immigration to Australia and also UK,all thanks to TLScontact. The most challenging aspects of working in an industry like this would be,being that TLScontact is a facilitation office to Embassies and Consulates you would often need to deal with visa refusals and extremely difficult clients.Often you deal with applicants not wanting to submit certain documents which could have a drastic effect on the outcomes.

Excellent learning experience

Good experience and training programmes. Long hours and frequent system failures. Bureaucracy was high but it effectively helped with implementation of policies.

Visa application centre

Hi I currently work for a visa application centre as a supervisor we process visa application for uk Switzerland and Australia. We deal with many applicants a day and help with customer service satisfaction which is the key quality.
