Hard working,reliable and loyal candidate

kabelo jerry kgwete is a young reliable young star who was working at tkkm for one year as diesel mechanic. whereby our duties was to do services,fault finding on hydraulics component and pneumatic,rebuild engines and allison transmissions, doing preventative maintenance of LAC tmm machines which are working in phalabora and foskor mining company. it was not an easy day to day job as we were a sub contractor under LAC,as their serving pmc and foskor with machine so we work under a lot of pressure an stress because the client which is foskor and pmc always want to see their machinery running. so it helped me to know how to handle stress. what i was enjoying most is the task of re-building engines and transmissions.

Good in diagnoses and fualt finding

I enjoy doing fault finding and root cause analysis on hydraulica.I like working with others teo minds are better than one.i hate leaving machine not ready for production.I have learned that poor planning brings poor performance
