Great place to gain experience and good office culture.

A typical work day involves good through tasks and deadlines for the week. Setting tasks for the day. Working on upcoming deadlines. My relationship with co-worker's is one of learning, both by asking for assistance with my work or offering help where needed. I have learnt the requirements of a draughtsperson, the importance of creating drawings that are both organized and detailed. I have learnt brand management and that one person's work does not reflect solely on that person by on the company as a whole. The office culture to be able to gain knowledge from co-worker's or just assistance or ideas on a project. The timeliness and deadlines or project's. Not having enough resources to complete tasks with working overtime.

Cons: Short deadlines and extra workload

Excellent experience and growth wise

Designing and planning of houses and office parks. Ensuring all plans are properly packed and in order. Sorting out projects files accordingly. Going on site visits to inspect to make sure that contractors are building according to plan given

Pros: Learning to work with with different people and also seeing things from a different perspective thus gaining knowledge
Cons: It consumes alot of time
