We are quite busy transporting sand and stone to various government projects like road building, etc. The admin challenges in this industry is legio, but we survive. The costing of trucks are a problem but we have a system now that alleviate the problem. This is my first time in the transportation industry and I learned quite a lot!

Pros: One can learn a lot about costing of the trucking industry.
Cons: Too much overtime and weekend working days.
