Opportunity to grow my career

It's a good working environment, and the relationship between co-workers is good. I have learned a lot about the mining industry and their clientele. the most challenging aspect in this company is that they can't notice a job well done. not much appreciation is shown for hard work. getting promotion is a hustle, and it's always given to people who don't know their work.

Cons: More work to do with less salary

Excellent working curve

A highly motivated, delivery focused and proactive individual who always adopts a hands-on approach to the delivery of technical and business solutions. I am a team player with good communication skills. Demonstrates a strong appreciation and understanding of new evolving concepts and is eager to continue learning about existing and emerging technologies

Pros: management make time to visit us
Cons: less opportunities for me to grow
