The good and the bad of working at timberland

I enjoyed making sales and especially on weekends if even thought there was no business at times.i liked working with xoli because she was very passionate and focused it was very rare to come across cross difficult customers we knew that we are the best and we always laugh to keep our body and mind out of pressure I have learned how to open and close the store on time, merchandising, and to respect one one another.

Pros: the pros of working at timberkand is that they put their trust in me by manananging the store by myself I got an opportunity to learn how to mecharndise and learn more about their target marget and what team work is
Cons: the cons is that even thought you reached the monthly target they discourage you therw was no room for growth and build a career within a compay

It's a wonderful experience working in a diverse environment within an international brand company.

Working in retail, it's a constant change of environment. One never tends to experience or deal with the same thing, and that's exciting. My job literally entails me constantly learning new things about all types of people I encounter on the daily. The thrill I get when we have to push for target the last few days of the month is enticing as that is what brings unity in the business, it's what allows one to grow within a company as a team and that's what I strive for, GROWTH.

Pros: Flexible hours
Cons: Working with shifts that are subject to change
