Have learned a lot

It has given me opportunity to learn and gain practical experience in sales and Labour law /relations. Customer service skills have improved and my negotiations skills are sharper. Team work and organising skills, I work well in a team as well as an individual. My typical day involvestyping a cutting list, answering telephone and checking emails almost simultaneous

Learning stil

A typical work day starts at 7:15 and than I have to get petty cash. I work in close contact wit clients as I am the rereceiving point of them. I am responsible for the switchboard taking and giving of messages and tranfering the calls the the right person. I am also responsible to make copies, sending of faxes and scanning of documents. I am ladtbto leave as I have to do end of day and ensuring that the systems are all off.

Pros: None
Cons: I am last to leave so I work mostly after closing
