each day is different with it's on challenges and room for growth. i work with a team of 9 members. we did our t5raining together this makes it easy for us to work as a team. customers are not the same so are the co0mplaints we hande i do enjoy assisting clients with any matter.

Pros: Growth oppurtunity
Cons: weekend shifts should be half day
