Excellent Experience

It was the best experience anyone could've ever asked for for their first job. Every morning we'd be properly trained for that specific day and every obstacle that could come before you'd be given a solution to it prior. I grew immensely in terms of personal growth and working with people.. I learnt how to lead.. I enjoyed having people looking up to me it eliminated any room for errors it always kept me on my feet. The challenging aspects of the Job were the working hours of 06:00 to 18:00 sometimes up until 20:30 to 21:00..

Working at this company is not pleasant

working at Tigers Direct Marketing is not a positive thing. Yes the working hours are pleasant and the environment. However managenment doesnt care about its workers. We are never sure if you will be paid end of the month or not.

Unbelievable experience curve

I enjoyed working at Tigers Direct Marketing course i have gained ab amazing experience. The relationship between me and my workers was amazing we were always helping each other all the times,the aim was to see everyone wining. I actually learnt a lot about working as a team sharing powerful information that can lead to the bright future I really enjoy seeing my self as a CEO OF JZ DIRECT MARKETING which is my own business.leading my own people from the front the most challenging aspects was claw back

Pros: Great opportunity for customer sales and insurance REPRESENTATIVE
Cons: LONG WORKING HOURS WITH UNBELIEVABLE RESULTS
