It will be good for my growth as a person

My experience allows me to work in an office environment i am well equipped with office administration, switchboard and varies other clerical duties my goal is to study further so i can gi professionally and as a person my ambition is from the knowledge i get from studying i would use it to empower others around me . I am your everyday people's person ,i get along with everyone i am a bubbly open person. I enjoy turning a dissatisfied customers into satisfied customers. I am able to adjust approach to meet each persons need . I am flexible independent person, problem solver ,reliable, selve motivated and have the ability to learn and apply new information and skills i regard myself a team player who loves to work

Cons: Working extra hours

Quick learner and can handle pressure

team player and always detail orientated as well as good listerner. always making sure the company targets are met and maintain high level of productivity.

Pros: prepare to learn more and be promoted to the management levelbase on my performance and credibility
Cons: work under pressure and during weekend and public holidays as per company policies

Learning to work under pressure

I was desperate for job and ive got job with tiger milling started with operating machine and after clerk office 🏢 admin , I was born in an disadvantage village but I did study my business management course due to I Will be starting my business in the next couple of years and am enjoying to work with team and sharing the ideas

Unhappy with work

The company is busy with cost cutting and think it is ok to just dump the work load from those employees onto the remaining employees. I am currently doing the work load of 4 people and only get the salary for 1. The work load is way too much for 1 person.

Pros: Nice people to work for. Get in well with management and other colleagues.
Cons: Work load is way too much for 1 person

It will be good for my growth as a person

I have been working here for 6 years and im looking for a new challenge i am i hard working female and eager to learn new things i am the receptionist of Tiger milling pmb and responsible for all reception duties i am a bubbly person who gets a long with everyone i enjoy learning new things i enjoy challenges because they help me grow as a person the most challenging aspect of my job is i sometimes have to fill in for HR when he is on leave comes with a few challenges but i love it

Pros: Im looking for growth as a person
Cons: Getting to understand everyone because we are all different but at the end of the day we all get a long
