Growth within the industry

There is room for growth in the company however it takes a while to move up the ladder
My day consists of many tasks as i am currently in charge of a project for Standard Bank.We do their scanning and archiving therefore all documentation gets sent to us to capture onto our system and archive.Our team consists of around 17 employees so we are a close-knit family.I love my job because my manager has absolute faith in me therefore i am able to work without having somebody behind me all the time questioning my abilities.My job is challenging as the client sends filing quite often so i have to work very fast although this is exciting for me as the day seems to pass quicker.I love what i do but am looking for change,especially in the salary area

Professional driver
I am a male aged with 35 single a qualified driver who has potential in achieving skills from different people. I am a person who knows the control on time management frame , I like to adapt and relocate to different areas depending on what work got us. I recommend my self as go driver and by deliver the product to client when ever they request. I like working with any kind of equity people

Skills enhancement
My daily tasks include ensuring the smooth network operation and desktop support services to both onsite and offsite users. I manage this services at Level 1 & 2 operation on one of the company's main branches that has 50+users onsite, working under my senior who is remotely monitoring the services and providing me with the help I need at Level 3 requests. I enjoy a good relationship with my senior co-workers since he trust my capabilities and afford me all the opportunity I need to learn while implementing changes and improvements to the network as needed. Working independently helped me to learn various skills in troubleshooting approach and also working under pressure while implementing difficult changes to the network, and that challenging stages makes my job enjoyable as I learn new things almost every day.

Excellent service and learned alot
Learn to work with team, able to handle pressure well, learn to meet daily target and manage self well, ability to multi-task. Take responsibility and believe in your self. Always ensure that every thing is in its own place.

Under compensation for the position
On pastel quotation, invoicing. Orders stock control. Manager of 4 staff members. Reports weekly. Petty cash and controling of casual paymens. Storage reports.

Not a very good company to work for if you are career driven and intend to grow and study.
1. Typical Workday: draining, have to remember what I come here for ad act like I am a happy employee. 2. Very good relationship with co-workers cause we (emotionally) support each other under these working conditions. 3. Honestly, I am using my past 12 years experience to even keep my job, I am learning nothing. 4. the Job I do, I love so much, I wish the conditions were better. 5. Challenging aspect of m y job????NOTHING

Great Opportunity
Day to Day working hours none weekends included, Staying late during month end is a norm in Finance. I have a great working environment with colleagues, sadly company cant keep me longer than contract terms. With the short term working here, Pastel sage training i took part and well assisted with. As previous employer gave SAP training, Advance skills and Excel skills during Costing Training. I have learned a great lot and still waiting to learn more. Im greatly loyal to whom will give a chance
